: This research aims to know the rice seed quality control process carried out by PP. Kerja, knowing the type of rice seed quality problems in the PP. Kerja and quality problems which are outside the control limits, knowing the most occur quality problem in rice seed in PP. Kerja, knowing the factors that affect quality of rice seed in PP. Kerja, and formulate corrective actions which suitable to be applied in improving the quality of rice seed in PP. Kerja. The basic method of this research is descriptive (analytic). Research location is in PP. Kerja Boyolali. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Data Analysis usingdescription and Statistical Quality Control (SQC):checksheet, p control chart, pareto diagram, fishbone diagram, and table of corrective actions.The results showed that the kind of quality problem is ability to grow < 80% and mixture of other varieties > 0.1%. Based on the p control chart, quality problems are in control in July, while other months are out of control. Pareto diagram analysis shows that quality problem which most occurred in PP. Kerja is ability to grow < 80%. Factors that influence the occurrence of ability to grow < 80% is of human factors, method factors, equipment factors, and environmental factors. Corrective actions to resolve the causes of ability to grow < 80% in PP. Kerja are provide training to employees on how to operate the machine in detail, maximize the use of dryer which is owned, set the schedule of planting time strictly, increasing the number of dryer, and hold simulation for the employees so they can move quickly to take up the seed that is being dried
